Scope of Work

The project consisted of construction of an approximately 9,000 square foot, single story Masonry and Pre-Engineered Metal Building with paved driveway and parking areas around the building. The building operates as an Auto Parts Retail Store. The interior of the store consists of a large sales area in the front of store with Point of Sales, displays, and stocked shelving, with multi-rack shelving and storage in the back. The finishes on the interior includes polished concrete floors, vinyl flooring, painted drywall walls, acoustic ceiling grid and tile, hollow metal frames and wood doors and hardware, with a roll-up door for deliveries. Complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems were installed within the project, including an Energy Management System monitoring Lighting, Mechanical, and Fire Alarm. On the exterior of the building, under the paved parking areas, a complete storm system was installed. For this particular project we installed a Stormtech – M3500 Chamber System consisting of Polypropylene Corrugated Wall Stormwater Collection Chambers for water run-off due to the size of the lot. Finishes on the exterior included, painted split-face cmu block, metal parapet cap, metal canopies, Aluminum storefront and glazing, and metal panel seamed roofing.
