Crew Carwash

Scope of Work

This is a $2.8 million dollar ground up Crew Carwash at 38th Street and Illinois Street in Indianapolis, IN. This project included an the demolition of an existing CVS building, site clearing, earthwork, site utilities, concrete, metal studs, drywall, stainless steel, masonry, exterior cladding systems, underground water reclamation system, interior finishes, canopies, windows, mechanical systems, electrical systems and plumbing work. This Crew Carwash was the newest and most state of the art facility in their real estate. Carwash facilities are very complex and require a lot of coordination and planning to be successfully constructed. In addition, this urban location had its own complications with the existing underground stormwater infrastructure, unknown existing underground storage tanks and unsuitable soils. The weather during the Winter of 2020 and the Spring of 2021 was not helpful either having multiple days of no work performed. Despite all of these challenges, we were able to rally our subcontractors and our client team to complete the project within the needed timeline within their overall budget for the project. As our relationship grows with Crew Carwash we feel we are becoming a great team!
