Crew Carwash

Scope of Work

$2.5 million ground up carwash at Grand Park in Westfield, IN. Project included earthwork, concrete, site utilities, masonry, metal studs, drywall, finishings, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.  This state of the art carwash facility is Crew Carwash's 49th location.  Carwash facilities are very complicated and require great attention to detail.  Our entire team worked diligently to open this project on time and within budget.  Although we did have our challenges with weather (built in fall/winter 2018 and spring 2019) and site utilities, we were there right alongside our client to ensure the project was completed to their satisfaction. We are starting what we hope to be a long term relationship with Crew Carwash.  We are now constructing their 58th store at 38th Street and Illinois Street in Indianapolis, IN.
