Project was an interior fit out of approximately 13,000 SF retail space on the first floor of a multi-story mixed-use building at 17th & West Avenue in Miami Beach, FL. Services included demolition, exterior finish upgrades, roofing, interior finishes, vac system, refrigeration system, plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
