Scope of Work

$9.3 million dollar interior renovation of an existing 47,500 SF space. The exterior façade scope of work included signage, aluminum storefront, new entrance vestibule, canopy, loading dock with overhead doors, existing material patching and painting. The interior scope of work included metal studs and drywall, interior and exterior doors and frames, glazing, flooring, ceilings, painting, stainless steel, new structural concrete slab and pier caps, underground and overhead plumbing, refrigeration, main electrical service and feeders, interior power, lighting, low voltage, check stands, entrance/exit standards, roof top units. Interior ductwork, controls, structural steel joist reinforcement, overhead multi-level uni-strut systems, cabinetry, food service equipment and prep, coolers, freezers and miscellaneous equipment installation and placement. Amazon Fresh started rolling out this new concept store in 2020 with it’s first store in Los Angeles, CA. There are now over 17 locations in the US, London and UK. This Fresh location uses the “Grab and Go” technology similar to the smaller Amazon Go locations. This allows customers to by-pass the traditional checkout stands and their associated lines for a faster and more convenient shopping experience.
