Kindbody is a fertility and wellness clinic in a modern setting with best of class care and a seamless patient experience. Kindbody provides their clients with empathy & expertise in fertility and family-building care. This location, roughly the 30th in Kindbody’s portfolio, is an interior tenant buildout of 5,400 SF in an existing 12,000 SF building on Uptown Boulevard in Houston, TX. The buildout included underground plumbing, HVAC, electrical, metal studs, drywall, and interior finishes. The construction was completed in 3 months in order for the Kindbody team to open on time and within budget.- Project Size: 5,400 SF
