IUPUI Newborn Screening Lab

Scope of Work

The MDC Group was the General Contractor for this laboratory on the campus of Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis.  This project included a complete demolish and renovation for the Newborn Screening Lab at their Indianapolis campus.  The project consisted of approximately 8,000 SF with demolition, metal studs and drywall, laminate fixtures, steel laboratory casework, interior finishes, interior doors and windows, laboratory equipment, plumbing, HVAC and electrical trades.  MDC also produced custom-made furniture and cabinetry for their laboratory stations.
