Coffin Golf Course Maintenance Facility

Scope of Work

Project was an interior fit out of an existing +/- 5,000 SF maintenance facility at Coffin Golf Club in Indianapolis, IN.  It included converting the existing unconditioned facility into a conditioned space for the staff and supplies for the golf course.  The new spaces include restrooms, meeting space and storage.  Trades included demolition, concrete, metal studs, drywall, paint, floor covering, plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
