City of Indianapolis – Riverside Adventure Park Maintenance Building Remodel

Scope of Work

This project was a Public Bid project with the City of Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development – Parks Department. The 5700 SF facility was remodeled to include new office and administration areas for Riverside Adventure Park operations. This remodel included interior demolition, new interior metal stud and drywall partitions, interior finishes, acoustical ceilings, hollow metal frames and windows, interior doors, lighting, electrical distribution and HVAC relocation for the new office and administration areas. Exterior improvements included removal of the existing roof system consisting of insulation, EPDM, metal copings, and flashing drip edge down to the existing substrate. After examination of the existing substrate, a full replacement of the roof system with a new fully adhered .060 mil EPDM roof system was done. The total renovation was completed in 60 days, allowing the client to occupy the new space within the timeframe allocated.
