Project included a 15,800 SF interior and exterior renovation of an existing building in Bryn Mawr, PA, northwest of Philadelphia.  Services included demolition, concrete, sitework, utilities, aluminum storefront, exterior finishes, roofing, metal studs and drywall, interior finishes, refrigeration, plumbing, HVAC and electrical trades.  This fast paced project was completed in 4 months within budget.
