Trader Joe’s – Northville

Scope of Work

This project was a $1.5 million 12,500 SF interior buildout for a new Trader Joe's in Northville, MI.  All interior finishes, refrigeration system, vac drain system, electrical, plumbing and HVAC services were provided.  MDC's Fixtures & Fabrication division built and supplied the fixtures.  We also continue to do work at this store as needed through our Facilities Maintenance division.
