Trader Joe’s – Indianapolis

Scope of Work

Project consisted of a 2,000 SF expansion of this existing store, taking over a vacant adjacent retail space.  Services included demolition, interior finishes, exterior storefront modifications, plumbing, electrical and HVAC modifications.  Project cost roughly $150k and was completed in 2017.  Expanding an existing store while they remain open requires a commitment by the entire team to the success of the client.  Working tirelessly to maintain a safe and accessible shopping environment while making much needed upgrades to the store including square footage, this work was completed in concert with store operations personnel to ensure success.  MDC's Fixtures & Fabrication division built and supplied the fixtures.  We also continue to do work at this store as needed through our Facilities Maintenance division.
