Scope of Work

Project was an interior and exterior renovation of a 31,500 SF retail space for a new Fresh Thyme Grocery store in Canton, OH. Project was completed in 5 months duration and turnover occurred in September of 2017. Work included interior and exterior finishes, metal studs, drywall, masonry, roofing, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Total construction cost under 2 million dollars.
