Scope of Work

Project was a 3,000 SF interior remodel of an existing veterinary diagnostic center in Brownsburg, IN.  The combining of two different facility locations required the client to rework some spaces to fit in the new number of people and work being completed.  We renovated an existing mezzanine space for additional office and conference space.  We also added the infrastructure, including underground sanitary sewer through their existing lab space for a new Olympus imaging unit.  Work was completed within the clients desired timeline to align with an expiring lease.
